Where the rows come from
Every file is compiled from public, documented sources: official organization websites, state licensing and certification directories, county and court pages, and public customs records. Every row carries the source link it was verified against at build time, and we keep a sourcing record for every file sold. Contacts are business contacts in their professional roles, published emails only, never guessed. Rows that are wrong at purchase are replaced free.

Name the file, we send the invoice and the download the same business day. If a row is wrong, it gets replaced. If the file is not what the description says, you get your money back.
