What does verified mean at VerifiedDesk?
Every contact is checked before it ships and labeled with one of three grades. Tier A means the mailbox was confirmed deliverable. Tier B means the domain accepts mail but will not confirm individual mailboxes, so the address is pattern matched from confirmed company data. Tier C means directory grade company data without an individual contact. Records that fail all checks are removed and disclosed.
What happens to contacts that cannot be verified?
They are dropped from the deliverable and disclosed. Each delivery includes a note listing how many records were removed and why. You are never charged verified rates for unconfirmed data.
Where does the data come from?
Public business sources: government registries, licensing bodies, trade directories, company websites, and public filings. Every row in a lead list and every claim in a report carries a source note.
How fast is delivery?
Most lead list packages ship in 2 to 5 business days. Research reports ship in 3 to 7 business days depending on scope. A free sample usually ships within 24 hours.
How does pricing work?
Fixed price per deliverable, scoped in writing before work starts. Lead list packages start at $299 and research reports at $349. There is no hourly billing. Monthly refresh retainers for lead lists typically run $1,500 to $2,500 per month.
Can I see a sample before paying?
Yes, and you should. Send a two line description of your buyer or your research question to hello@verifieddesk.com and you get a small verified sample or a half page research plan back, usually within 24 hours, free.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Revisions within the agreed scope are included on every deliverable. Scope changes are quoted separately before any extra work starts.
Do you handle recurring work?
Yes. Lead lists can run on a monthly refresh retainer that re-verifies existing contacts, removes decayed ones, and adds new entrants. Research can run as a recurring monitoring brief on a market or competitor set.
Is this compliant with privacy rules?
Lists contain business contact information gathered from public business sources, intended for business to business outreach. We honor removal requests, and we flag jurisdictions with special rules when a brief touches them so you can make an informed decision about outreach.
What formats do deliverables come in?
Lead lists ship as XLSX and CSV with a source note per row plus a disclosure note and method note. Research reports ship as PDF with a full source list. Other formats are available on request at no extra charge.
