For produce exporters / Verified importer buyer lists

Customs data names companies. Buyers are people.

Exporters lose months hunting the person who actually buys. Shipment databases stop at the company name; the platforms that add contacts ration them or let them go stale. We build the list the other way: the companies importing your commodity into your target market, each row with the named buyer or procurement contact where published, an email that passed live verification before delivery, and a source note you can check yourself.

How it works

Sample first. Judge the rows, not the pitch.

Step 01 / Free sample

Ten importers, your lane

Reply with your commodity and target market. You get ten real importing companies with the full list's columns, free, usually within a day. Keep it either way.

Step 02 / Full list

The whole market, one page

Every importer, distributor, and wholesale buyer we can verify for your commodity in that market, deduplicated, each row with a named contact where published and a verified email. Fixed price quoted with the sample.

Step 03 / Kept current

Buyers move. Emails rot.

Optional refresh on a schedule: rows re-verified, departures flagged, new importers added. The list stays a working call sheet instead of aging into a directory.

Questions exporters ask

Straight answers.

How is this different from a trade data subscription?

Shipment databases stop at the company name, because customs records do not carry contact people. The platforms that do offer contacts ration them or enrich them loosely, which is why the emails bounce. Our list is the opposite shape: one commodity, one destination market, every row a named buyer or procurement contact with an email that passed a live verification check the week it shipped. One-time purchase, no subscription.

Which commodities and markets do you cover?

Any fresh produce commodity into the United States or the United Kingdom, built from public customs and government trade records plus our own research. Mainland European markets are built from importer directories, wholesale market registers, and industry sources. Ask about your lane; if we cannot build it to our verification standard we will say so.

What does the free sample include?

Ten importing companies for your commodity in one destination market, with the same columns as the full list: company, named buyer or procurement contact where published, verified email, phone where published, and a source note per row. No charge, no call, keep it either way.

What does a full list cost?

Fixed price, quoted with the free sample so the quote reflects the actual size of your commodity and market. Typical lists run several hundred to fifteen hundred dollars. Rows that turn out wrong are replaced free. An optional refresh keeps the list current on a schedule.

Where does the data come from?

Public customs and government trade records, importer association directories, wholesale market registers, and company sources, assembled and verified by us. Every row carries a source note. We do not resell extracts from subscription platforms.

The test that costs you nothing

One email. Ten rows. Your commodity.

Send your commodity and destination market. The sample comes back with the same verification standard as everything else we ship: real importing companies, named contacts, emails checked live, a source note on every row. If the rows are good, we talk about the full list. If they are not, you should not buy from us.
